There is always a special feeling in a father for a daughter.
Megumi had twin brothers keeping her mother occupied all the time, so Megumi and I spent a lot of time together. However, the precious time was cut off in only 13 years. The only thing we desire is to get the happy times back then.
Please lend us a hand so that we can have her in our arms again.
Megumi was locked in a dark room at the bottom of a spy ship , and scratching the walls, she cried and cried, “Mom, help me, mom!” She was shipped over the dark sea to North Korea. The sudden tragedy was intolerable. Innocent young people of Japan, South Korea, and of many others’ have been interned for decades, and are still waiting for help. Every single one of these young people had a life with their families, just like the one in our photographs.
Not only Megumi, but every abductee deserves to be rescued and be able to spend the rest of their lives on the land of freedom, and that is our desire from the bottom of our hearts.
